The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”) was introduced by the Government of
Malaysia to regulate the processing of personal data in respect of commercial transactions.
The Act, which generally applies to all companies and firms that are established in
Malaysia, requires us to inform you of your rights in respect of your personal data that is
being processed (or that is to be collected and further processed by us) and to also notify
you of, among others, the purposes for the data processing. The Act also requires us to

All parcels are delivered by Public Furniture Showroom Furniture’s Lorry. Store
pick up is not available.
If the dispatch day falls on Public Holiday, Saturday or Sunday, dispatch will be on
the next working day.
When will I receive my order?
After your order is verified and payment has been cleared (immediate for SenangPay
option or wallet option via Public Furniture Top Up Wallet), we will ship out your order
within the following time frame:
Within Sarawak: Estimated 6-7 Working Days (Except Sunday and Public
Holiday) for product's shipping.
Before delivery, we will call you to ask whether you are available at the moment given
address. Hence, if you are available, we will deliver.
What is the shipping/delivery rates?

What is the Public Furniture Showroom’s Refund & Exchange Policy?
This policy will only be applicable if the item/order that you wish to return is purchase via
https://publicfurniture.com.my.
Purchases from Public Furniture Showroom retail stores and other e-commerce platforms
will not be eligible for this policy.
We have a SEVEN calendar days refund and exchange policy upon your receipt of the
order, subject to the following term and conditions:
1. Items/orders that you wish to refund or exchange must follow all the requirements
that have been listed out in our return and exchange requirement list.
2. All packaging must be unmarked and not damaged in any manner.
3. Any item that is received with tags attached must be exchanged with those tags
intact.
4. Products purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be exchanged as a
whole set.
5. If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original
purchase price, this is not applicable.
6. Immediate offline refund via store optionwill be available for the customer with
reasonable reasoning in redemption period (7 calendar days upon receipt of the
order).
Please note under this policy, we do not generally permit the refund or exchange of:
